Yeah, I maybe sound over rated because this system is ages ago, but according to studies, this is effective. The 5'S system includes Sorting, Set in order, Shine, Standardize and Sustain. To elaborate more, Sorting is the first step in making things cleaned up and organized. Setting in order means to organize, identify and arrange everything in work area. Shine means regular cleaning and maintenance. Standarize make it easy or simplify and standardize. Sustain means maintaining what has been accomplished. Let's face it, employees have to be motivated from within in matters of tidiness and self-discipline. However, through the help of 5'S system could be a great beginning which can be made by emphasizing the maxim. Furthermore, creating a happy place to work really matters because happiness is a great source of inspiration and motivation for an employee to work hard and do their task at their best quality. A happy environment creates a positive vibes to employees as well as to employer to perform and enjoy their respective craft while working. As an employee, I always look forward to be happy while working even at tough and stressful situations because I believe that you are what choose.
